Vice President Sales
I began my 30+ year envelope career in the production office where I learned all aspects of envelope production from purchasing to scheduling to machinery. My move to sales has enabled me to provide unparalleled knowledge to our customers. I have three children and two grandchildren. I enjoy skiing, golf and traveling.
Melissa O’Neill
Account Manager
I have been in the print industry for 25 years and understand the needs of our clients. I like to fill my free time by spending time with family and friends, traveling and spending time outdoors.
Doug Comperda
Account Manager
I started in the envelope industry several years ago. I truly enjoy building relationships with my clients and helping them with their envelope needs. I coach baseball and volleyball. I enjoy golf and fishing.
Trish Miller
Account Manager
I started my career buying envelopes for a large magazine publisher. My experience gives me a unique insight into the buying needs of direct mailers. In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking and spending time with my family and friends.
Mark Farrow
Account Manager
I started my envelope career in customer service. I enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and help them with their envelope needs. I enjoy coaching my son's baseball team.
Jim Romanek
Account Manager
I started in customer service and have truly enjoyed sales. I know my customers and what is needed to produce a successful envelope. I like playing golf and watching the Chicago White Sox. One of my favorite times is the morning of black Friday spent at the Billy Goat Tavern with my extended family. I received my undergraduate degree from Purdue University, BOILER UP!

I started working for Continental Envelope when the company was still located in Chicago. The best part of my job is interacting with our employees. Watching our employees learn and grow, not only in their jobs, but in life, is truly incredible. When I am not working, I enjoy reading and quality time with my family. I have a graduate degree in Human Resources from Loyola University.
Shawn Fasules
Controller
I have been working for Continental Envelope since 2001. I enjoy the daily opportunities to work with the owners to measure the successes and meet the challenges of a profitable company. In addition to working here I enjoy being on the board of a local civic organization, reading, traveling with my husband and two teenagers and knitting. I received my B.S. degree in Accounting from Indiana University.
David Margulies
Estimating Manager
I have worked many positions within the company and have an extensive knowledge of envelopes. I enjoy disc golf, cooking and reading history. I received my undergraduate degree from The University of Wisconsin.

Megan Wilson
Customer Service Manager
I have an extensive direct mail production background, having worked for a marketing agency prior to coming to Continental Envelope. This experience gives me a great foundation for understanding the needs of our customers.
Heather Both
Accounting Assistant
I have been with Continental Envelope since 2005. I get to use my talents in many areas including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing and special projects as needed. I enjoy the interaction with staff, customers and vendors, making sure that everyone’s various needs are met. I received my undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University. I enjoy reading, traveling and spending time with family.

President
I started working full-time in 1991 am currently the fourth generation of the family to lead this business. I enjoy reading, chess, golf and bowling. I received my undergraduate degree from The University of Michigan.
Norman Margulies
Vice President
I started working in the business in 1968. I have four children and nine grandchildren. I enjoy reading history.
Fred Margulies

Sarah Ann Margulies
Legal Council
I perform many of the back-office functions of the company especially in accounting and sales management. I have four children and nine grandchildren. I enjoy seeing two of my children every day that I am in the office.
